Syfan USA's New North Carolina Plant
is Now Up and Running

Syfan USA’s new manufacturing plant in now online in northeastern North Carolina, allowing the manufacturer of shrink wrap and overwrap films to trim delivery times to customers throughout North America.

A substantial financial investment in the factory near Everetts, North Carolina represents Syfan Saad’s first U.S. manufacturing plant. Syfan USA is a U.S. subsidiary of Syfan Saad, Israel’s leading manufacturer of shrink wrap and overwrap films. Syfan films have been sold in North America and throughout the world for more than 20 years. Lightweight and resilient, SYTEC polyolefin films - SYTEC 307S, SYTEC 701, SYTEC MVP and SYTEC RF4-AF – are used in a variety of packaging applications, including food and non-food products.

“We have made significant progress in the past several years in reducing delivery times, and the new plant in North Carolina will allow us to respond quicker to customer orders and build larger, more diversified inventories of product as well,” said Frank Markowitz, the president of Syfan USA.

Syfan USA maintains distribution centers in Dallas, Texas and Montebello, California as well as in the new facility in North Carolina. Syfan sells SYTEC through a network of 300 distributors throughout North America, and serves customers from sales offices in Chicago, Illinois; Baltimore, Maryland; Cincinnati, Ohio; Plano, Texas; and Agoura Hills, California.

“The new plant will not only meet Syfan’s high quality standards, it will also create opportunities to advance our manufacturing technologies,” Markowitz said.
